How to cook a Blueberry & Lemon Cake with ILVE's Baking Setting

This week, I tried ILVE’s baking function! The “multiple fan cooking setting” has been designed to perfectly cook cakes, ensuring they are evenly baked. As you know I am not a cook or a baker, I am just someone who likes to try my hand at baking and cooking, just like many of you.
I had great fun making the talented Liz Marek (Sugar Geek Show) Lemon and Blueberry cake recipe! It’s not perfect but my gosh it tasted amazing!
Here is how it went!
Ingredients
Lemon Blueberry Cake Ingredients
8ozbuttermilkOr regular milk with 1 Tbsp white vinegar added
3ozvegetable oil
3large eggs
2Tbsplemon zest
2Tbspfresh lemon juice
2tsplemon extract
12ozcake flour
11ozgranulated sugar
1/2tspsalt
2tspbaking powder
1/2tspbaking soda
8ozunsalted butter
2TbspAP Flourfor dusting blueberries
2cupsblueberriesYou can use frozen but don't thaw them
