Excuse the slightly dodgy icing, here is my first ever attempt at making any sort of biscuits! Cooked in a gorgeous ILVE Majestic range cooker with the ILVE static cooking function - perfect for biscuits and cookies. I followed @rainydaymum's recipe to make these delicious ginger cookies. They certainly tasted better than they looked! This is how it went...
