This week we tried a classic Christmas recipe with a twist! The holidays are so busy, so we used ready-made pastry to help create these delicious mince pies in no time. By closing the vent on this Milano range cooker all the vapour was kept inside the oven, making sure that the frangipane stays moist.
My family make these mince pies every year, and this was the first time they have been baked in an ILVE. Their feedback so far has been amazing.. “They’re the best ones yet!”
