What can we say? Grand Designs Live was, without doubt, our most successful consumer show yet! We were visited by hundreds of attendees each day, all eager to learn more about our brand new ILVE appliances.
The Midnight Blue Majestic Milano with silver trim was a real showstopper. American sized and with bold styling, it caught the eye of many a style-conscious home maker. The brand new 2019 model now features an advanced, full touch screen digital display and visitors were able to try out the touch controls, commenting how easy it was to use.
The new 2019 range of Roma, Milano and Majestic models will come with fifteen new specialist oven functions, including a new function; the steam discharge feature that allows the customer to select whether to keep the over moist or to let vapour escape. Choose the wet setting to produce succulent roasts, or the dry to crisp up bread or roast potatoes.
The new 2019 Roma and Milano collection also include new brass burners that have been treated with a non-stick nano-technological coating and soft closed doors.
Our resident chef Susan cooked up a storm using the new three in one Star Column by ILVE. With professional functions such as the vacuum sealer, multi combi oven and blast chiller, Susan demonstrated how these features can be used to create professional standard food in the comfort of your own home. The food went down a storm, especially the risotto, chocolate cake and of course the pizzas cooked in 2 minutes….
It was hard work (our feet have only just recovered…) but really good fun; we had such positive feedback and all the team really enjoy talking to consumers.
