The Promoter of this Offer is KitchenEX Limited having its registered office at MBP5, Meadowhall Business Park, Carbrook Hall Road, Sheffield, S9 2EQ ("KitchenEX Ltd"). These terms and conditions govern the Offer. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 8pm on Monday 4th October 2021, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) below. Entries made after this point will not be accepted.
- To participate in this competition, the user must have completed the following steps before the closing time and date:
-Have liked Afia’s competition post (on the Instagram account @afeliaskitchen) and shared to story
- Have followed @ilveappliances and @afeliaskitchen
- Have tagged at least 3 friends in the comments of the competition post
Winner to submit photograph/photographs of prize installed into their kitchen within 1 month of installation. Permission is given for this photograph to be used by the KitchenEx marketing team to share over various channels.
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except retailers in partnership with KitchenEX Ltd, and employees of KitchenEX Ltd including their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

- The prize is as follows: A free ILVE built-in hob. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
