Oven Functions

The Majestic Milano 2 Zone Induction range cooker exhibits an impressive choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up which heats the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute even heat and works well with the handy steam discharge vent which can control the oven humidity, retains moisture for bread baking and also eliminates condensation when cooking high water-based dishes like a stew.

The oven also includes an easy-clean enamel oven lining and two dual-height halogen lights for perfect visual control.

The Majestic Milano 90cm 2 Zone Induction range cooker combines high quality solid brass burners featuring easy-clean black nanotechnology coating and cast-iron individual pan supports with a central 2 zone induction area: 1x 5kW dual gas burner, 2x 3kW gas burners, 1x 1.8 kW gas burner and 2x 1.85kW induction zones.

Safety Features
