Design Features
The Milano 90cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker features a single soft close oven door and full width storage drawer. The Milano style comes from its heritage with a traditional Italian finish. The Milano features ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, this allows you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. Choose from 8 standard colours or there is the option to colour match, with ILVEs colour match service. Trim options include chrome, brass, copper and bronze.
Oven Functions
The Milano 90cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker features a large 97 litre oven capacity giving you plenty of space to cook large dishes. You have a choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes, and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the right hand oven is a specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the humidity in the oven by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew, or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control and easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
Safety Features
ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including triple glazed glass doors which are cool to touch. The cooker includes a fascia fan to keep the controls cool and a child safety lock, perfect for young families.

Pizza Function The element in the bottom heats the base of the oven with the grill on low to mimic a pizza oven. This function is particularly suitable for cooking pizza, focaccia and bread. |

Roasting Oven The temperature starts off around 30°C higher at the start of cooking to sear meat and then drops to the desired temperature to cook through consistently. |
